KROHNE to Showcase Products at WEFTEC 2014

KROHNE Inc. will showcase a range of its water and wastewater products, including the new Smartsens line of analytical sensors at WEFTEC 2014, booth 4651. The 87th Annual Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference will be held Sept. 29 to Oct. 1 at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center. Visitors to the KROHNE booth will have the opportunity to enter into a Wounded Warrior donation raffle during exhibit hours to support the Wounded Warrior Project.

Smartsens is the first family of two-wire loop powered analytical sensors with integrated transmitter technology. Smartsens offers direct connection of sensors to process control systems. The sensors can be configured via a HART Handheld and calibrated offline via PACTware.

Also featured will be KROHNE’s newly designed flowmeter for partially filled pipes, the Tidalflux 2300.The meter can measure flows in pipes between 10% and 100% full and its non-contact sensor is not affected by oils and fats floating on the surface. The meter can fit pipes up to DN1600 or 64 in., and has chemical and abrasion resistance to provide durability.

KROHNE’s full product line for use in the water and wastewater industry will also be featured at the booth, including the Optiflex 2200 and Optiwave5200 level meters, and the Enviromag, Waterflux, Optisound VU30, and the Optisonic 6300 P portable clamp-on flowmeters. Krohne representatives will be available at the booth to discuss products and applications.
