Robert Krueger Joins Aqua North Carolina

New area manager brings 14 years of experience

Aqua North Carolina announced the appointment of Robert Krueger as area manager. Krueger is responsible for the water and wastewater operations that serve approximately 100,000 people in 13 counties in Aqua’s central North Carolina region.

Before joining Aqua North Carolina, Krueger was a field supervisor for Aqua Indiana, where he managed construction crews, approved design plans and helped coordinate infrastructure improvement projects. He has more than 14 years of experience in water and wastewater operations with Aqua. Previously, Krueger was a service technician for Environmental Remediation Services Inc., where he was responsible for hazardous material cleanup and disposal and storm water sampling.

“Rob is an experienced and effective manager with a range of expertise in water and wastewater operations,” said Aqua North Carolina Director of Operations Moses Thompson. “His hard work and determination, combined with his strong technical knowledge, will help Aqua deliver quality water and improved service for our customers.”

Krueger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in project management and an associate degree in applied science, drafting and design from ITT Technical Institute. He is certified as a water distribution operator for large distribution systems.

Aqua provides water and wastewater service to more than 250,000 people in 51 counties throughout North Carolina.
