Easi-Set Precast Concrete Buildings licensed producer Smith-Midland erected a 20 ft by 60 ft by 12 ft Easi-Span well house building over a poured foundation for the Culpeper, Va., water authority in just three days. The building included six 20-ft-wide Easi-Span clear span roof panels, as well as interior precast walls to house the equipment and supplies.
