The Scottsdale Water Campus has been on the cutting edge of water reuse and advanced water treatment technologies. Operators at the plant understand how important the plant is for its neighbors—it is even built to look like the homes in the surrounding neighborhood. The facility also works with large water users such as Desert Mountain Golf Course to send them recycled water for irrigation purposes to make every drop of potable water useful.
