2025 wastewater industry trends
- Discussions surrounding PFAS continued to dominate
- Aging infrastructure and the need for funding sparked conversations
- AI and emerging technologies were front-and-center
The EndeavorB2B water group editorial team attended two of the water industry's major events in 2025: WEFTEC and ACE.
WEFTEC 2025 took place in Chicago from Sept. 28 through Oct. 1 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The editorial team attended sessions, conducted interviews and learned about new products at WEFTEC and compiled them here to showcase industry trends and detail what the future holds across the water and wastewater sectors.
The American Water Works Association (AWWA) held its Annual Convention & Expo (ACE) in Denver, Colorado from June 8-11. The conference brought roughly 10,000 people to the city, where they could network, attend educational sessions and learn about the latest trends in the water industry.
Showcased below are the top articles, videos and products from our event coverage this year.
