APCO ASU Combination Air Valves Solve Problems Caused by Pipeline Grease

Nov. 16, 2021

When fluids containing fats, oil, grease and grit get inside air valves, the grease can coagulate and render some air valves inoperable in just weeks or months. DeZURIK’s APCO ASU Combination Air Valve has several new features designed to keep it operating longer in difficult grease applications. The valve features an oversized float, a splash reduction ring and an air compression chamber to limit fluid level and restrict interference from fats, oil and grease in the fluid.
