New Appointments Announced at MIOX

Curtis M. Mitchke was appointed president of MIOX Corp., earlier this month. MIOX Corp., specializes in onsite generation of mixed oxidants and hypochlorite for water disinfection, with over 1200 units across the U.S. and worldwide. The company is headquartered in Albuquerque, N.M.

Mitchke has been working with the MIOX technology for 13 years, and most recently served as the V.P. of Finance and Operations. Mitchke has also worked in international sales, purchasing, customer service, and engineering. Mitchke graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with an MBA in Finance and International Business. He also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with minors in Physics and Computer Science from Gonzaga University.

Rodney Herrington, also with MIOX Corp., has been promoted to executive vice president, research and engineering. Herrington was involved in the early development of the mixed-oxidant technology at MIOX Corp.’s sister company, Los Alamos Technical Associates, Inc. Herrington is responsible for development and design of all MIOX products, and holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MS in Mechanical Engineering, both from Texas A&M University.
