Watson-Marlow Pumps Group has opened a second U.S. sales office, located in southern California.
“The location of our second office is a strategic effort to better service our customers on the west coast,” said Bill Mandel, vice president of Watson-Marlow Pumps Group. “With our headquarters located in Massachusetts; the time zone difference was challenging for our West Coast customers. Our Lake Forest, Calif., location allows us to provide in time zone support from our knowledgeable application engineers and customer service department as well as locally stock and supply a selection of pumps and spare parts.”
The new office is equipped with a full demonstration center where end users are able to receive free demonstrations and product training on Watson-Marlow’s full range of peristaltic pumps, MasoSine sinusoidal pumps and Flexicon filling systems. Watson-Marlow field demonstration pumps, which are available free of charge, are also available from the Lake Forest sales office.
