Wastewater Collection and Lift Stations

Wastewater and sewage must be collected and then transported to wastewater treatment plants for processing. Collection and lift pumping stations are used to overcome gravity in order to boost the wastewater through the collection system. These collection/lift stations may consist of either dry-pit or submersible solids-handling pumps. Fairbanks Nijhuis has broad ranges of both pump designs, which are available in various configurations to best suit station design requirements.
