PVC-coated conduit bodies offer corrosion protection for applications that require access to conductors in the conduit run. They act as pull outlets for conductors being installed and provide openings for making splices and taps in conductors. Form 7 conduit bodies are offered for compact installations, and Form 8 fittings—with more room—are suitable for larger conductors.
