The RG-32 recorder is a low-cost, wireless rain gauge remote terminal unit that monitors the output of a tipping bucket rain gauge. A single user-replaceable D cell lithium battery powers the recorder and collected rainfall data is transferred via a wireless cellular network to a central host computer or to the company’s data-hosting service.
