Reuse Resources

Sept. 12, 2011
Managing Editor Caitlin Cunningham and I are in Phoenix for the 26th Annual WateReuse Symposium. Water reuse and recycling continues to be an issue of growing importance, especially here in Arizona. The state has been dealing with limited water resources while undergoing explosive population growth over the past few decades, which has certainly prompted it to take action. Today, Arizona is one of four states that together account for 90% of the nation's water reuse applications. Caitlin and I will be attending a number of educational sessions, which are always a highlight of the WateReuse Symposium. As water reuse and recycling continues to gain momentum, we also invite you to share some of your thoughts on this important topic.
