Tomlinson Purchases Selected Assets of Hiller Eng. & Mfg.

Tomlinson Industries aquired the assets of Hiller Eng. & Mfg. Co. of Santa Barbara, Calif. Hiller began manufacturing the Quad-Flo bypass valve in 1984.

Quad-Flo valves will now be manufacturerd and distributed from Tomlinson Industries' headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. Tomlinson has local distribution and sales representation in more than 70 countries.

"The Quad-Flo bypass valve is a natural fit and will complement Tomlinson's line of No-Drip faucets and fittings for water coolers and the Pro-Flo lins of components for drinking founatins and water treatment equipment," Louis Castro, executive vice president. "This acquisition extends Tomlinson's ability to support OEM and distributor customers with the highest quality products. We look forward to continuing the Quad-Flo tradition of excellence and quality."
