Tomlinson Acquires Assets of C&K Manufacturing and Sales Co., LLC

Tomlinson Industries of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the assets of C & K Manufacturing & Sales Co., LLC of Westlake, Ohio. The C & K commercial product lines include cutting boards, shelf liner, foodservice, medical and work gloves, floor and anti-fatigue matting and food safety items. The operation will be called C & K Products Division of Tomlinson Industries.

C & K products fit well into Tomlinson’s range of commercial foodservice equipment and supply items. This acquisition extends our ability to support our dealer, distributor, OEM and chain account customers with the highest quality products available.

The C & K product line will continue to be manufactured and distributed at the Westlake, Ohio facility. Sales and customer service will continue to be handled in Westlake as well. In addition, Tomlinson has local distribution and sales representation in more than 70 countries worldwide. Tomlinson will continue the C & K tradition of providing exceptional service and value to its customers.
