Heinz Goetz Joins CDS Technologies, Inc. as Technical Manager-Biosolids Processing

CDS Technologies, Inc. announced the addition of Heinz Goetz to its engineering staff as technical manager-biosolids processing. His principal duties will be consulting and assisting customers with wastewater sludge management and dewatering.

Specifically, Goetz will conduct pre-startup laboratory bench tests for polymer selection and performance expectations of the CDS Technologies Volute Dehydrator, a sludge dewatering system that achieves both thickening and dewatering of sludge in a single, compact operation. He will also manage the installation and startup of the Volute Dehydrator and execute tests for optimum operation and performance.

Goetz brings with him considerable knowledge of and experience with wastewater sludge handling. He leaves Roediger Pittsburgh, Inc. after 28 years, where he set up their manufacturing facility of belt filter presses and other wastewater treatment equipment, coordinated their test-end rental machines, and conducted and managed equipment startup.
