The American Council of Engineering Companies of Kansas (ACEC of Kansas) installed Clinton Robinson P.E., of Black & Veatch, Kansas City, Mo., as President Elect for the 2007-2008 year, on June 21 at the Association’s Annual Meeting in Topeka.
Clinton Robinson has been with Black & Veatch Corporation for 23 years. He is currently an associate vice president and provides engineering studies, design and construction related services in both North and South America. He has been involved in over 50 water projects from Minnesota to Argentina.
Along with ACEC, his civic and community activities reflect a great interest and passion for education and economic development. He is serving in his second term as a Board Member for the Blue Valley School District and is currently the President. He also served on the Johnson County Planning Commission and serves on the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Johnson County Business Leadership Council. Mr. Robinson also serves on the Board of Directors of Youthfriends.
The American Council of Engineering is a professional association of private-practice consulting engineering firms in the state of Kansas. ACEC of Kansas is the state member organization of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and has been serving the needs of consulting engineers in Kansas since 1956.
