BakerCorp, an industry leader in containment, pumping, filtration and shoring equipment rental solutions, recently announced the acquisition of privately held Midwest Underground Technologies, a provider of trench shoring equipment.
“We are excited to add another high-quality organization to the BakerCorp Team,” said Bryan Livingston, President and CEO of BakerCorp. “Midwest Underground Technologies’ equipment, employees and customers complement Baker’s philosophy and extend our ability to deliver effortless turnkey solutions to our customers.”
Midwest Underground Technologies, based in Medina, Ohio, is a full-service provider of excavation safety equipment, all levels of related training and the design and manufacture of related equipment.
