PWQA Member Joy Morley Passes Away

Longtime Pacific Water Quality Association (PWQA) member Joy Morley passed away June 21, 2008, in Redlands, Calif. She was 78.

Morley, along with her husband, Robert Morley, owned Morley Water Improvement Systems in Redlands. She continued as owner after her husband passed away in 2004.
