Pipe inspection specialist Envirosight has tripled the size of its Randolph, N.J., headquarters. The new facility houses an expanded customer-service team, a state-of-the-art technical service center and a larger warehouse to accommodate increased shipping volume and shorter lead times.

Among the new headquarters’ amenities is a 25-seat classroom, where end-users and regional sales partners now receive regular training on the latest pipe inspection technologies and methods. A new technology lab broadens Envirosight’s onsite research and testing capabilities, and will speed time-to-market for innovative new products. And the technical service center, with room for up to 12 technicians, delivers enhanced capability for maintenance, repair and new product prototyping, as well as technical training for end-users and sales partners.

“This facility is something we couldn’t have imagined when we started six years ago,” said Richard Lindner, president of Envirosight. “We’ve always believed that outstanding service and a superior product would make us a market leader, but we credit our end-users and sales channel with helping us get here so quickly. With our investment in this facility, we reaffirm our commitment to them.”

In addition to the headquarters facility, Envirosight has opened a new regional service center at the Kansas City, Kan., facility of Key Equipment, the Envirosight sales partner serving Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois. This service center, along with one already operating in Indiana, offers Envirosight end-users in the Midwest support, service and technical training at a convenient regional location. With this latest opening, Envirosight now has regional service centers in California, South Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ontario, Kansas, Indiana, Iowa and Illinois.

To become accredited as an authorized regional service center, Key Equipment technicians completed intensive factory training on the maintenance and repair of Envirosight equipment. In addition, they agreed to maintain inventory of common repair parts; to dedicate floor space in their facilities exclusively to the repair of Envirosight equipment; and to abide by the standards and practices Envirosight maintains for its service organization.
