The Aquatech Amsterdam tradeshow has been moved from autumn 2010 to autumn 2011, organizers announced. The shift is part of a strategic decision to put on the show in every uneven year.
The rescheduled show will be held Nov. 1 to 4, 2011.
“Aquatech Amsterdam is a must-attend event for international decision makers from governmental and business sectors,” said Paddy Young, director of Aquatech Global Events at Amsterdam RAI. “The event calendar for the water industry in even years featured too many conflicting tradeshows, therefore, we made the change to the uneven years.”
“The organizers engaged in extensive consultations with industry leaders and responded to their needs,” said Paul Reiter, executive director of the International Water Association (IWA).
Aquatech Amsterdam is the leading trade exhibition on process, drinking and wastewater held in Europe. It is run by Amsterdam RAI. The exhibition provides an extensive overview of the latest developments in the fields of water treatment, transport and storage, process control and process automation and point-of-use. The Water Quality Association (WQA) will continue to operate a pavilion and reception at Aquatech Amsterdam in 2011.
