Sigma Corp. announced the addition of Dale Smith to its board of directors. Smith brings more than 25 years of waterworks experience, as well as an extensive career in public accounting.
Smith had served as the president and CEO of Mueller Co. since 1995, including a period when it was a subsidiary of Walter Industries and as part of Mueller Water Products. Prior to his tenure at Mueller, he held various management positions at Tyco. Smith also spent 10 years at Price Waterhouse & Co. as a certified public accountant.

His knowledge and expertise will be especially valuable as we continue to grow and expand our business.”

Smith holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Middlebury College and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Rochester.
