March 8, 2011
Tim Hamelin and Debi Skyberg move to new positions

Anvil International, a subsidiary of Mueller Water Products Inc., announced the promotion of two sales executives.

Tim Hamelin will assume the position of hardware division sales manager. Hamelin, who joined Anvil in 1990, was previously national inside sales manager. He has led numerous initiatives for Anvil, including the recent consolidation of four customer service centers into two.

“Tim’s in-depth product and customer knowledge will be well utilized as he works to manage and grow the hardware division,” said Dean Taylor, Anvil’s vice president, sales and marketing. Hamelin’s responsibilities will include developing OEM opportunities for Anvil’s manufacturing facilities.

Debi Skyberg was promoted to the position of national inside sales manager. Skyberg, who has worked for Anvil for ten years, was previously regional inside sales manager covering the Midwest and Eastern regions. She has been a leader in the company’s initiatives to cross-train the inside sales team in the fire and mechanical divisions. In her new role, she will be responsible for all inside sales in the U.S. and Canada and will be developing and implementing training programs. Skyberg is a member of the National Diversity Council.

“Tim and Debi have worked with Anvil for many years and both bring a wealth of knowledge to their new positions,” Taylor said. “These promotions reflect our commitment to deliver the highest quality solutions for our customers.”

Hamelin and Skyberg will continue to work out of Anvil’s regional distribution center in University Park, Ill., and will report to Taylor.
