Aquatech Acquires Chemicals, Services Capability

Company executives have made a strategic investment in WEX Technologies

Aquatech has acquired chemicals and services capability through its investments in India-based WEX Technologies Private Ltd., using chemical products to address applications for boilers, cooling towers, reverse osmosis, and thermal evaporator anti-scalants and cleaners.

WEX will continue to operate as an independent entity with the original founders continuing in their management capacities.

Aquatech will add new members to the WEX’s board of directors in order to develop synergies that will enable both companies to offer complete water treatment solutions to their respective customers.
