HDR and Bozeman, Mont., Awarded WEF’s 2011 Improvement Medal

Amanda McInnis and Coralynn Revis of HDR Inc.’s Missoula, Mont., office will be honored at the Oct. 15 Water Environment Federation (WEF) Technical Exhibition and Conference 2011 in Los Angeles as winners of WEF’s Gascoigne Wastewater Treatment Plant Operational Improvement Medal.

The award, which is one of WEF’s most prestigious, is presented to the authors of an article that presents the solution of an important and complicated operational problem within a full-scale wastewater treatment plant that is appropriately staffed.

McInnis and Revis authored the paper with Tom Adams and Herb Bartle from the city of Bozeman, Mont. The article was published in the July 2010 issue of Water Environment and Technology magazine.
