Ebara Appoints Customer Service Manager
Ebara Fluid Handling has hired Robert Hub as customer service manager.
Hub will be responsible for managing the customer service center, inside sales, applications engineering, and aftermarket services as well as further advancement of Fluid Handling’s service programs. Robert will also work closely with sales and marketing to process, develop, and deliver business and product enhancements to provide high-level customer experiences before, during, and after the sale.
Hub brings experience and technical knowledge to Ebara Fluid Handling (FHD). His background in the municipal, commercial and industrial markets include International Piping Services Co. and Flowserve where he held various positions with increasing responsibilities in technical sales, operations and overall general management. Most recently he served as vice president of the Southeast Mechanical Services Div. of Houston-based global company, Team Industrial Services.
“Within these positions, Robert has been directly responsible for facilitating change management, process improvements, and driving customer acquisitions,” said Richard Thompson, vice president or Ebara Fluid Handling. “We are fortunate to have Robert join our management team and look forward to integrating his vision for enhancing the customer experience with FHD.”

Robert holds a BA in business administration from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the McColl School of Business, Queens University, Charlotte, N.C.
