The two organizations will work together to design & execute social responsibility initiatives that help communities in developing regions around the globe

Smart grid energy solutions provider Delta Energy & Communications announced a new strategic relationship with Vestment Global Services (VGS) to develop a social responsibility program. VGS will leverage its extensive experience in corporate social responsibility to help Delta develop initiatives that meet the needs of communities in developing regions, such as the Caribbean, Africa and South America.

As part of the agreement, Greg Vestri and Peter Mawditt, co-founders of VGS, will join Delta’s board of advisers, where they will provide insights and methodologies that support the company’s continued growth.

“Our existing global network and management experience allows us to provide Delta with the foundation for contributing valuable resources to developing countries around the world,” Vestri said. “We are proud of our role as ambassadors, connecting organizations with the people or companies that can most benefit from the initiatives they will provide.”

“The fundamental vision and passion to integrate purpose with profit that is embraced by Delta’s leadership team is inspiring,” Mawditt said. “We are honored to help them embark on this journey.”

“Delta values the vision, character, and operational excellence demonstrated by the work of VGS,” said Joe Brouillette, chairman of Delta. “We are proud to announce this alliance, and we look forward to the contribution VGS will make toward advancing our efforts in developing value for the communities our clients serve.”
