AWWA ACE15 Professional Sessions to Focus on Total Water Solutions

May 22, 2015
ACE15 will take place June 7 to 10, 2015 in Anaheim, Calif.

The American Water Works Assn. and its local section partner, the California-Nevada Section, have compiled a professional program for this year’s Annual Conference & Exposition (ACE15) that will focus on Total Water Solutions to address the changing needs of the global water community. ACE15 will take place June 7 to 10, 2015 in Anaheim, Calif.

The two Total Water Solutions professional sessions to be held during ACE15 are:

  • Innovative Communication and Engagement Strategies for Improving Customer Relationships on June 8 from 2 to 4 p.m. and
  • The Future of Water Utility Management: Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA) on June 9 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

HomeServe, ACE15’s opening general session sponsor, is an advocate in supporting Total Water Solutions as a provider of home repair service plans. HomeServe will lead the Total Water Solutions session titled, "Innovative Communication and Engagement Strategies for Improving Customer Relationships."

“The services we’ve developed are the result of our utilities saying every drop of water is important and these services have saved hundreds of thousands, if not millions of gallons of water,” said Tom Rusin, CEO of HomeServe USA.

Beacon AMA technology from Badger Meter will be the topic of the Total Water Solutions session titled, "The Future of Water Utility Management: Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA)."

“We’re all in it for the same purpose, to bring visibility to water, to measure every drop, so we can conserve our precious resource going forward,” said John Fillinger, director of utility marketing at Badger Meter. Badger Meter is the ACE platinum sponsor for the third consecutive year.
