Parsons Adds Water Deputy Division Manager

Jeffery Kishel will assist the company's environment and infrastructure business unit with global management of the Water Div.

Parsons announced that Jeffery Kishel has joined the company as vice president and water deputy division manager. In this role, he will assist Parsons’ environment and infrastructure business unit with global management of the Water Div., focusing and leading the team in business development and market growth strategy.

Kishel has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and general management in engineering consulting and construction. Most recently, he worked as the director of water business for a leading provider of engineering, construction, and technical services. Kishel has experience with startup and growth assignments for operations in the U.S., Canada and 21 other countries around the world.

“Jeff has considerable experience in strategic development in water markets worldwide. His expertise and proven strategies will strengthen Parsons’ sales process and execution in water markets domestically and abroad,” said Virginia Grebbien, Parsons group president.

Kishel holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering, both from Montana State University. He also holds a juris doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. Kishel is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Manager Program, an executive program geared at creating outstanding business leaders. He is a licensed professional engineer in California and Colorado, and he is based in Miami.
