T&M Associates Hires Regional Client Services Manager

Shannon Markham, P.E., brings 20 years of experience to help clients deliver challenging projects throughout Midwest region

Shannon Markham, P.E., has joined T&M Associates as a regional client services manager to help grow the company’s water and wastewater practice throughout the Midwest. Markham brings more than 20 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of complex infrastructure projects related to water quality, water and wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and combined sewer overflow (CSO) programs. He is based in T&M’s Columbus, Ohio office.

Over the past 20 years, Markham has cultivated long-standing relationships with service providers, utilities, system owners and regulatory agencies throughout Ohio and across the Midwest, and partnered on a wide variety of water and wastewater projects incorporating design-build delivery. Working with T&M’s regional environmental group, he will be responsible for managing all aspects of water and wastewater projects, serving as a liaison with clients, and providing technical interface and lead interdisciplinary design coordination when necessary.

Markham graduated from Ohio University and earned his BS in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining T&M, Markham was a senior project manager at AECOM in Columbus, where he was responsible for several high-profile and complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects with capital costs ranging from $100,000 to $22 million. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Water Environment Federation, American Water Works Assn., American Council of Engineering Companies and the Order of the Engineer. He is a registered professional engineer in Ohio.
