NSF Announces New Leadership Roles in Global Water Division

New leaders will support company’s growth & lead the development of new services that address emerging public health issues in the drinking water industry

NSF Intl., a global independent public health and safety organization, has promoted five general managers in its Global Water division in response to the company’s increased growth. These leaders will support NSF’s continued growth, help strengthen customer service and develop new standards and services that address emerging public health needs associated with drinking water.

  • Dave Purkiss has been promoted to general manager, plumbing products.
  • Nasrin Kashefi has been promoted to general manager, plastics program.
  • Theresa Bellish has been promoted to general manager, municipal water products.
  • Blake Stark has been promoted to general manager, treatment chemicals and filtration media.
  • Amie Scott has joined NSF Intl. as general manager, new global water programs.

“These five general managers bring a great wealth of technical and practical experience to their new roles at NSF Intl.,” said Clif McLellan, vice president, NSF Intl. Global Water division. “Their knowledge and expertise will be critical as we work to develop new drinking water standards that address emerging public health and safety needs, including public health issues that are specific to industry segments such as municipal systems, and storage and filtration. These leaders also will continue to implement process improvement initiatives that enhance customer service and the certification process.”
