Gene Antongiovanni worked for the company for 14 years

Val-Matic Valve & Manufacturing Corp. announced that Gene Antongiovanni, the vice president of manufacturing, will be retiring from Val-Matic on April 6, 2016.

Gene’s leadership and hard work have made a significant and lasting contribution to Val-Matic’s success over his 14-year tenure.

CEO Ted Makowan commented, “His guidance has allowed us to advance our manufacturing capacity and technologies as the company doubled in size during his tenure.  We will benefit from his professionalism and work on new product processes and the start-up of the Addison plant in 2014 for many decades to come.  Gene’s dedication to his work and the people of Val-Matic will be sorely missed.”
