Nominees can be operators, engineers, consultants, equipment manufacturers, designers and administrators. The winner of this award displays a passion for the industry, dedication beyond normal work hours and compassion for their local community. The Industry Icon would make for an ideal mentor to industry professionals and elevates the industry as a whole, not only the company for which they work.
One nominee will be named the Industry Icon each year. That individual will be featured in the September issue of Wastewater Digest and in a video interview and/or video essay.
Nominations for this award close June 15. Nominations submitted after the deadline will be considered for the following year.
