Inframark, LLC, an industry leader in the operations, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater facilities and other outsource services, is pleased to announce that Greg Guard has been named Chief Growth Officer. Mr. Guard will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of Inframark’s business across its four divisions — Water Infrastructure Operations, Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), Municipal Utility Districts (MUD), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Technologies. He will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of the Board, James Devlin.

In this newly created role, Mr. Guard will oversee the company’s business development efforts for the Water Infrastructure Operations division and its marketing efforts across the companywide platform. In addition, he will support the new business and retention efforts with the IMS, MUD’s and SCADA Technologies divisions.

Mr. Guard brings a wealth of professional experience and success to this role. He began his career with Waste Management (WM), a Fortune 300 environmental services company, where he served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Western U.S. Mr. Guard then became Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Thermo Fluids (TFI), which at the time was the third-largest collector and processor of waste oil in the U.S. Subsequently, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President – Global Sales for JWC Environmental, an equipment manufacturer of liquid/solids separation equipment. After this successful stint, Mr. Guard became CEO of Clearas Solutions, a water technology company that focuses on plant-based media/cleaning solutions for municipal wastewater plants.

“I am thrilled that Greg has joined the Inframark team, in what is an exciting time for the company, as we continue to focus on our aggressive growth initiatives,” Mr. Devlin said. “Greg is uniquely qualified to conceive and execute our organic growth strategies and build upon an already solid foundation of growth.”

“Inframark is a dynamic organization with a solid reputation, and I am eager to get started on what will be a path of growth for the company that is second to none,” Mr. Guard said. “The team of professionals at Inframark are among the best in the industry. We have the right strategy, the right people, and extremely happy customers. In my mind, those are the foundations for transformational growth.”
