Parsons Brinckerhoff Names Water Resources Engineer

Robyn Toole will participate in & manage water resource projects throughout the U.S. & Canada

Robyn Toole has been named a water resources engineer in the Indianapolis office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering and program/construction management organization.

In her new position, Toole will participate in and manage water resource projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. She has experience with hydraulic modeling, surface water hydrologic analysis, pump station design, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and storage facility design. She has also been involved in design of highway drainage structures, environmental site assessment and remediation, federal and state permitting, and inspection work for levees and other water resources infrastructure. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Ms. Toole worked as a project engineer and project manager on water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects and environmental remediation in Indiana, Ohio, and Georgia.

Toole received a Master of Science in civil engineering and a Bachelor of Science in physics from Purdue University. She is a registered professional engineer in Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and Texas, and a member of the Indiana Water Environment Assn., American Water Works Assn. and Society of Women Engineers.
