Nanostone Water Adds Vice President of Sales for the Americas

Judith Herschell will head the polymerics and ceramics sales efforts in North, Central and South America

Judith Herschell has joined Nanostone Water as VP of Sales - Americas, spearheading the polymerics and ceramics sales efforts in North, Central and South America.

Herschell has more than 30 years of experience in water treatment and engineered systems. She has extensive experience in business development with a record of formulating and driving long-range strategies with a big-picture approach to entering new markets and introducing products and services, executing marketing plans and directing sales efforts in a technical environment.

During her career, Herschell has served in roles ranging from sales engineer to executive vice president and president for large and small companies. Prior to joining Nanostone, she was president of Herschell Environmental, a business development, engineering and technical services consultancy. She also was a vice president for AECOM, one of the largest engineering firms in the world. Herschell led the technical and commercial efforts to bring the Norit membrane to the Western Hemisphere.  In 1998, she sold the largest (at that time) low pressure ultrafiltration membrane system in North America.

She holds a B.S. in biology and psychology from Geneva College, Beaver Falls, Pa., and a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her graduate studies were in biology at Pennsylvania State University, California, Pa.
