Susan Carter Joins Grundfos

New vice president of human resources for Americas region brings 25 years of experience

Grundfos has appointed Susan Carter as vice president of human resources for the Americas region, where she will oversee all aspects of employee service and satisfaction.

“I am excited to welcome Susan to our regional leadership team,” said Americas Regional Managing Director Dieter Sauer. “She brings a wealth of knowledge in developing and executing talent strategies that have impacted both operations and sales organizations.”

Carter holds more than 25 years of human resources experience in industries ranging from manufacturing and transportation logistics, to insurance and consulting. Prior to joining Grundfos, she was the executive director of human resources for CTS Corp., a global manufacturer of sensors, actuators and electronic components.

“I am delighted to join Grundfos and work with the Americas team,” said Carter. “I am looking forward to contributing to the future of such a progressive and innovative company.”
