RACO Introduces New Monitoring System

RACO Manufacturing and Engineering Co. has introduced Verbatim Connect for its Verbatim alarm autodialer product line. Verbatim Connect—used with the Verbatim system—provides web access to any existing Verbatim monitoring system.

Verbatim autodialer users can monitor their entire fleet on the AlarmAgent Dashboard. This remote equipment monitoring capability enables at-a-glance monitoring of status, unit location and more. A complete alarm event history displays the details of each alarm, including who acknowledged it, how much time elapsed before acknowledgement, and when the equipment condition returned to normal. Verbatim Connect also offers cloud-based alarm notification via SMS message, email, pager or phone.
