Chad Hill Joins HDR

New wastewater client development director brings 30 years of experience

Chad Hill has joined HDR as client development director for the wastewater market sector, based in the firm’s Englewood, Colo., office. His responsibilities include working with regional client development leaders to advance strategic initiatives, expand and deepen service relationships, and grow market share.

Prior to joining HDR, Hill was a water business market leader for CH2M. He has more than 30 years of business development and program/project management experience for leading engineering firms. His experience spans the U.S. and U.K., with a focus on client service to the water engineering and construction industries.

Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas. He is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota and North Dakota.
