PERENfra agrees to water, wastewater development for Conroe, Texas
PERENfra, a water infrastructure company specializing in sustainable development, announced a strategic partnership agreement to design, build and operate water and wastewater facilities in Conroe, Texas.
The partnership was solidified through an official Water and Wastewater Development and Services Agreement with the Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 173 (MUD).
PERENfra will be responsible for the financing, design, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities that will provide essential services to two neighboring developments within the MUD service area in Conroe.
The first development spans 115 acres and is projected to have approximately 330 new single-family homes, while enhancing the residential landscape of the area. Simultaneously, the second development, spanning over 90 acres, is expected to include 150 new single-family homes, 375 multi-family homes, and commercial developments to complement the nearby residences.
