Water infrastructure construction optimism outweighs tariff uncertainties
Within the first 100 days of his second term, President Donald Trump issued and walked back a handful of tariff announcements aimed at bolstering U.S. manufacturing and trade. These on-again-off-again announcements created an uncertain future for David Burkhart, CEO of Garney Construction, as he strategized business opportunities for 2025. Despite that uncertainty, he also recognizes opportunities for construction in the #water and #wastewater markets.
