Michael Warady started his career in the energy sector but after recognizing water’s importance moved into the water industry where he started a new company aimed at keeping legacy ones running after they complete a succession plan.
He explains why new technology is paramount to the industry’s future success, and how his generation and the ones after it will be driving adoption of new and digital technologies. Warady also talks about his time volunteering with Access Books in Los Angeles which helps to stock local public school libraries with new and recent books. Closing out the interview, he lays out some ways he thinks the industry can best cater to the next generation of water workers.
