Inframark appoints Steve Meininger as CEO

Previously working for Jacobs, Meininger plans to focus on expanding Inframark’s service offerings in its core business units through investment in digital tools and analytics.

Inframark, a U.S. provider of water and wastewater operations and maintenance services, announced that it has appointed Steve Meininger, P.E., as its chief executive officer (CEO).

Meininger joins Inframark from Jacobs and its subsidiary CH2M, where he held a number of roles within the Global Operations Management (O&M) and Facility Services business for more than 29 years, including the role of Global O&M business unit lead for the past ten years.

Meininger plans to continue to develop the company’s long-term growth strategy with a focus on expanding service offerings in its core business units through investment in digital tools and analytics.

Meininger is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Clemson University. He has served on the board of the National Association of Water Companies for the past eight years and serves as the chair of the Executive Committee and Leadership Council for Water for People.

Inframark employs 2,500 people serving more than 400 clients in 21 states. The company manages facilities that can treat one billion gallons of drinking water and wastewater daily.
