Mazzei Venturi injectors are differential-pressure injectors with internal mixing vanes. The unique, patented design of Mazzei injectors permits them to start suction when the outlet pressure is only 20% lower than the inlet pressure (in most models). Because of the high efficiency of Mazzei injectors, operating costs are lower than with less efficient systems, and they are trouble-free because they include no moving parts. Mazzei injectors are made from various materials, including stainless steel, polypropylene, PVDF, and ECTFE.
