Trump's Bottled Water Goes National

Sept. 22, 2004

On the heels of the new season of his hit reality show "The Apprentice," Donald Trump has introduced his bottled water to the public nationwide.

Previously available only at The Donald's casino and a few other markets, now fans across the country can buy Trump Ice. The water will be sold at Super Kmart stores for about $1.50 for a 16.9-ounce bottle.

Trump Ice pure spring bottled water was featured on the NBC television show last season when the candidates' mission was to promote and sell the new product to the marketplace.

The source of the no-sodium bottled water is Laurel Run, Pa. Its label features Trump's face and coat of arms.

Trump Ice distributor Great Lakes Distribution and Brokerage says Trump Ice is considered a specialty water because of its low mineral content.
