WesTech Appoints Municipal Water Unit Leader

Les Uhlmeyer will oversee Microfloc & General Filter product lines

WesTech Eng. Inc. has appointed Les Uhlmeyer as the leader of its new Municipal Water Treatment Business Unit overseeing the Microfloc and General Filter product lines. Uhlmeyer has more than 30 years of experience in the water treatment industry, spending 22 of those years in leadership positions with Microfloc and General Filter prior to the product lines being acquired by WesTech.

“The General Filter and Microfloc product lines have always enjoyed tremendous customer loyalty,” said Uhlmeyer. “We look forward to enhancing our customer trust and loyalty under WesTech ownership.”

Uhlmeyer will direct the Microfloc and General Filter product lines from WesTech’s office in Ames, Iowa.
